Lieva Stainer
Lieva Stainer is an easy-to-use, compact and efficient automatic staining unit. It is used by laboratories with a workload of 30 to 200 slides per day. Lieva Stainer offers a backup solution or can also be used for emergency slide analysis depending on the laboratory workflow. Lieva Stainer works exclusively with Lieva Diagnostics staining kits for different applications such as hematology, microbiology, parasitology and mycology.
How does it work?
Lieva Stainer uses a bath staining technique where slides are dipped directly into staining vials. It is a closed system that recognizes only dedicated Lieva Diagnostics reagent kits. The slide holder is compatible with standard slides and up to 10 slides can be stained during one staining cycle.
Laboratory Studies
One of the most important challenges in laboratories today is accreditation, which guarantees reliable and reproducible results. Staining plays an important role in the diagnostic chain and requires these criteria to be met. In addition, the laboratory workflow needs to be insured and the safety of laboratory technicians needs to be guaranteed.
NEVAMAC
Bottles are used as staining baths, no additional containers are needed. Reagents are safely stored in closed drawers with sealed lids. The closed painting room protects users by cleaning the air with an activated carbon filter.
Ready-to-use reagents are placed directly into Lieva Stainer without priming. The automatic cleaning cycle reduces the need for maintenance. End-of-life reagents are automatically discharged into the waste bin.
A second slide drawer allows continuous slide loading while the first set of slides is being stained. Optimization is ensured with calibrated kits and 10 recordable staining protocols. The bath method offers low reagent consumption.
Get reliable results
Protocols are automatically uploaded to the system via an RFID Tag that comes with each kit. This prevents protocol errors and ensures traceability of the staining cycle (reagent lot and autonomy, staining protocol, user profile...). Traceability data can be downloaded and saved. In hematology, especially staining with the MCDh kit is optimized for digital image analysis.

Save Time
Continuous slide loading thanks to a second slide drawer that can be used while the first set of slides is being painted. Optimization thanks to calibrated and dedicated kits and 10 recordable staining protocols. Low reagent consumption thanks to the bath method.

Simplify Your Operations
Ready-to-use reagents are placed directly into Lieva Stainer without any priming of the paints. The automatic cleaning cycle reduces the need for maintenance. Reagents can be automatically discharged into the waste bin at the end of their useful life.

Work Safely
The bottles in the kit also function as staining baths, so stains no longer need to be transferred to separate containers. The reagents are placed in closed drawers and covered with sealing lids. The dyeing room is closed and the air is cleaned by an activated carbon filter. Users are protected throughout the staining process.
